of "Arcsi" Ltd. Our company is focused on field work related to geodesy and surveying services, cadastre,
vertical planning and designing, stakeout. Our activities are relating both to the territory of Sofia and for
the whole country of Bulgaria. On the our website you will find information about us and the services we offer,
for larger projects, we prepared and how you can contact us.
You can download demo versions of the Arcsi's special software application for upgrade for CAD-systems

NEW! "Arcsi" Ltd. offers new solutions in the designing and construction of 3D maps based on
flights with drones, which can calculate volumes, squares and make orthophoto plans. We have last generation
drones with a 20 megapixel camera resolution and flight durability of up to 30 minutes.
About us
For more than 24 years, "Arcsi" Ltd. is on the market for surveying and designing services since its establishment in 1995. The company has participated in multiple, large-scale projects related to geodesy, cadastre and designing. "Arcsi" Ltd. is registered under the Law on Cadastre and Property Register Act (CPRA) and the Law on Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The owner of the company is a member of the Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design (CEID) and has full design capacity.

"Arcsi" Ltd. is a company performing services related to geodesy, cadastre and designing - surveying of all type of objects, preparation of cadastral maps and modifying projects, vertical planning and designing of objects, stakeout of buildings, properties, property boundaries, farmland and forests, points, GPS measurements.
Projects
After its establishment "Arcsi" Ltd. actively involved in the ongoing land division in the country. The company manufactures land division plans on 8 villages in the municipalities of Tsenovo, Isperih and Lukovit. Later "Arcsi" Ltd. participated in the preparation of cadastral, regulation and vertical alignment plans of several settlements. Since 1999 perform geodetic surveying and three-dimensional modeling of different objects (dams, quarries, riverbeds). Since 2003 "Arcsi" Ltd. produces cadastral maps and registers of Silistra, Alfatar and Aidemir, and also numerous large and small volume projects.
