Surveyors since 1995

Arcsi Ltd. is a team of surveyors based in Sofia. Since the company was founded in 1995 we have worked in three fields – geodesy, cadastre and design – in the capital and all over Bulgaria.

How we got here

1995We found the company and at once join the land division and restitution – plans for 8 villages in the municipalities of Tsenovo, Isperih and Lukovit.
After 1999We begin surveying and 3D modelling of reservoirs, quarries and riverbeds. Before that we take part in the cadastral, regulation and vertical alignment plans of several settlements.
2003–2008We produce the cadastral map and registers of Silistra, Alfatar and Aydemir.
2011We survey a 60-kilometre section of the Bulgarian–Turkish border.
2012Roads for a wind farm, a specialised map of the Evksinograd residence, the street network of Ivaylovgrad and – after winning a tender held by the cadastre agency – the maps of the sea beaches at Durankulak and Krapets.

Qualifications and registrations

Cadastre

Arcsi Ltd. is entered in the register of persons qualified to carry out cadastral work, kept by the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency under the Cadastre and Property Register Act.

Design

The owner, Eng. Angel Prokopiev, is a member of the Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design (KIIP) and holds full design capacity for the geodesy part of designs.

Personal data

The company is a personal data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.
